Job Description

Responsible for the entire lifecycle of global webtoon/web novel content, from planning, launching, operation, and completion. Plan and execute global promotions based on market and user analysis. Analyze performance and derive insights. Collaborate with various related departments, including product, marketing, design, and partnerships, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize content performance.

Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in the content industry, planning and executing promotions. - Native-level English proficiency (Foreigners must be able to communicate and work fluently in Korean). - Passionate about webtoons and web novels and a strong understanding of content platforms. - Self-motivated, collaborative, and communicative. - Excellent deadline management and prioritization. [Common Qualifications] Able to work overseas without any disqualifications. For male applicants, must have completed or been exempted from military service.

- A strong understanding of the North American market (e.g., the US) and local experience. - Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. - A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to content planning and operations.
