[Verish] Global CX Manager

Job Description

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues on global sales channels (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.) - Conduct user interviews and derive local insights from overseas markets such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the US - Establish a global customer service issue response guide and create a work standardization manual - Analyze customer VOC, create integrated reports, and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with relevant departments to participate in global customer experience improvement projects

Qualifications

- At least one year of e-commerce customer service or customer support experience - Ability to communicate and respond to customers in English and Traditional Chinese - Experience with or understanding of global sales channels (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.) - Detailed and excellent communication skills - Proficient in data analysis and report creation using Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Preferred

- Experience in customer service for a fashion/beauty brand's own online store or operating an external online store - Experience solving problems and improving services in non-standard environments - Experience proposing improvement plans based on customer data - Experience supporting or collaborating with various departments to resolve issues
