Job Description
- Develop and localize menus reflecting local culture, eating habits, and trends. - Create customized menus using local ingredients and recipes. - Procure and communicate with local ingredients.
Qualifications
Common Qualifications (15+ Years Local Residency Required) - Applicants must be of the relevant nationality and have resided in the relevant country for at least 15 years. - Fluent in the local language. - Expert knowledge of the relevant country's traditional cuisine and contemporary culinary trends. - Even without prior culinary experience, applicants must possess extensive dining experience and a deep interest and passion for global food trends.
Preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the culinary field or a relevant national certification preferred. - Graduates of local culinary schools or culinary-related higher education institutions preferred. - Experience in restaurant management and menu development preferred.
