[Naver Webtoon] Global Service Planning / Product Manager (Experienced)

Job Description

This position will be responsible for planning and product management for global webtoon products. You will be responsible for key improvement tasks to increase conversion rates across the user experience funnel. You will also be able to work on various global projects, such as analyzing and responding to requirements to achieve business goals and ensuring compliance with country-specific laws. Specific responsibilities include: - Top-level planning - Detailed planning - Project management You will also communicate with various relevant departments to ensure project progress, launch projects on time, and focus on achieving tangible changes and results.

Qualifications

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, able to immerse oneself in work and drive results-oriented work. - Ability to communicate collaboratively and logically. - Ability to discuss and propose proposals with diverse organizations with a flexible approach. - Business-level or higher English communication skills. - 3-12 years of experience in service planning/product management. - Ability to work flexibly and without any disqualifications from overseas business trips. * Overseas business trips may be required depending on business needs.

- Experience/capability in data analysis - Experience planning functions related to content service business models (subscriptions, passes, in-app goods, etc.)
