Job Description

- Customer Experience: Introducing Knock's worldview and product experience to customers. - Maintaining Brand Sense: Carefully managing the in-store visual, olfactory, and tactile experiences. - Spatial Atmosphere Management: Maintaining the ambiance of the space through products, scents, music, lighting, uniforms, etc. - On-site operational support for new launches and campaign seasons. - Sharing feedback and ideas on store visuals and presentation. - Customer engagement that creates a connection beyond sales (storytelling-based).

Qualifications

- Must be fluent in English or a foreign language (English/Japanese/Chinese) *Foreigners are welcome to apply as long as they have a valid work visa or have no issues obtaining one. - Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands, or an interest in sensory brands. - Must empathize with Knock's brand language (Healthy/Lively/Bold). - Must be sensitive to visual and sensory details and naturally expressive. - Must be open-minded and view customer interactions as "communication." - Must enjoy uniforms, styling, and spatial aesthetics.

Preferred

- Experience in premium retail, beauty, and fashion brands - A keen interest in social media, visual content, and brand sensibility - A willingness to "collaborate" in designing the store's atmosphere

Training will be provided to successful applicants (scheduled for late October 2025). - Store Opening Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025 - Store Opening Ceremony: Early November 2025 - Staff Annual Salary: KRW 30 million or more / Assistant Manager: KRW 35 million or more - Working days and hours may be adjusted based on store operations (scheduled work / negotiable)
