*This position is for a Specialist. ㅣ This position offers the following growth opportunities: - You'll work with a team of highly motivated individuals to solve challenging problems and chart a J-curve of growth. - You'll develop sharp, logical thinking skills, analyzing phenomena and issues and making decisions based on numbers. - In a fast-growing organization that generates high performance in the Japanese beauty market, you'll collaborate with various units to deepen your understanding of our Japanese business. ㅣ Your responsibilities include: - Sales management for each Japanese offline distribution channel (Loft, Plaza, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, etc.) - Promotional operations, including promotions, sampling, and special sets tailored to the channel's characteristics - In-store virtual reality (VMD) planning and monitoring to ensure a strong brand experience - Inventory management optimization and inventory management ㅣ This position is ideal for individuals with these characteristics. - A deep understanding of the Japanese beauty market and consumer trends. - Skilled in flexibly coordinating with various departments and executing quickly. - Skilled in diversifying materials and implementing nimble solutions to meet the demands of a fast-paced business.

Qualifications

You must have the following experience: - At least two years of experience working in an offline Japanese distribution channel. - Ability to conduct business in Japanese (JLPT N1) - Experience working in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
