Introducing Orange Square. Hello! This is Orange Square. Orange Square is a travel finance platform startup that operates the all-in-one prepaid card, "WOWPASS," exclusively for foreign visitors to Korea. With just one WOWPASS, you can enjoy prepaid card payment, currency exchange, transportation card, Dutch pay, online payments, household account management, and mobile payment. Used by one in ten foreign tourists, it's a must-have item for them. With 2.1 million app subscribers, over 300 unmanned currency exchange kiosks, and 1.8 million cards issued, we're helping foreign tourists enjoy their travels more conveniently. The Orange Square Commerce Business Team is seeking a Japan Customer Service Representative. <This is what we do> • We respond to inquiries on the official WOWPASS brand shop bulletin board and online chat for online shopping malls (Qoo10, Shopee, Japan). • We respond to customer inquiries related to shipping and customs clearance through communication with customer service logistics companies.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who: • Fluent in Japanese (needs to serve native Japanese customers) • At least one year of online shopping mall customer service experience (experience on at least one of the following platforms: Qoo10, Shopee, Smart Store, Gmarket, or Amazon) • Ability to collaborate flexibly and effectively with other departments • Detail-oriented
Preferred
We'd love to have someone like this: • A strong understanding of K-pop and global K-content culture would be a great fit. • Experience living in Japan or in the Japanese market
