Job Description

[Marketing] - Identify and plan marketing campaigns for social media platforms primarily used by foreigners residing in Korea or planning to enter the country. - Plan digital advertising content targeting foreigners residing in Korea and manage advertising agencies. - Analyze data using data analysis tools and apply marketing and service applications. [Product] - Perform platform service improvement/planning/operation/enhancement tasks. - Gain insights through user/data research, analysis, and benchmarking. - Develop non-face-to-face products exclusively for foreigners and improve existing products. - Conduct ongoing platform testing and identify pain points. - Diagnose and improve service quality, and manage customer VOC and complaints. [Publisher] - Publish web/mobile pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Collaborate with designers to implement design drafts. - Maintain markup for UI/UX improvements.

Qualifications

- Education: College student/graduate or higher - Qualifications: F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, D-2, D-10, naturalized citizens - Eligible Countries: Thailand, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Vietnam

Preferred

- Experience as a social media influencer - Experience in service planning/development and UI/UX planning - Digital marketing skills - Major in or experience in development - Korean language proficiency for effective communication - Experience in data analysis (SQL data extraction, customer data collection, analysis design, and insight generation)
