Overseas Business Team Member (Hong Kong/Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Explore methodologies for expanding the D2C business model and prioritize and structure a concrete entry strategy. 2. Develop content directly by processing domestic market marketing content insights into a form applicable to the relevant market. • Plan content tailored to the user characteristics of the main channels (Meta, Google Ads). 3. Based on insights from overseas markets, develop new business models that can secure sales through D2C consumer goods, outside of the existing business model. • Develop and test hypotheses to validate actions that can directly impact sales. 4. Take actions to increase product and brand awareness and traffic by engaging with influencers, sponsoring products, and promoting them virally.

Qualifications

1. Interested in or experience with the overseas commerce market 2. Ability to proactively structure and prioritize tasks, rather than performing top-down tasks 3. Interested in the overall commerce business, not limited to their current work 4. Experience achieving results through paid ads on overseas marketing channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) 5. Experience achieving results through influencer marketing and viral seeding on overseas Instagram channels

Preferred

1. Experience or track record in performance marketing. 2. Local network necessary for overseas business. 3. At least one year of experience in a D2C business or online commerce. 4. Ability to create and edit images and videos using design tools.
