Global Online Marketer (China)

Job Description

Based on data and trend insights, we lead the brand's digital marketing strategy in the Chinese market, from planning to execution. Comprehensive digital marketing planning and execution for the brand's growth in the Chinese market. Planning and operating influencer collaborations and content campaigns, focusing on major Chinese marketing platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RED), etc.). Analyzing performance and optimizing campaign strategies based on advertising performance data. Presenting the brand's digital marketing direction by conducting multi-faceted research and analysis of local trends, consumer behavior, and competitor trends.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years - Language: Chinese - Business-level - Experience analyzing and improving marketing data on Douyin and Xiaohongshu (RED) in an in-house brand environment - Residence status (Foreigners only): Holders of a D-10, E-7, or F-type residence visa (VISA) * Residence statuses other than job-seeking visas are not eligible for employment (e.g., D-2, D-4, H-1, etc.)

Preferred

- Experience marketing beauty and health functional food brands - Experience collaborating with influencers and creating and managing content - Proficient in design and video tools (Photoshop, CapCut, etc.) - Experience living or studying in China or possessing a strong understanding of local consumer trends
