[Experiential Internship] Japanese Influencer Marketer

Job Description

- Support for planning and production of Japanese video content (UGC) - Support for seeding, searching, contacting, and operating Japanese influencers - Management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) - Support for overall operations, including analysis of short-form content trends and competitor monitoring in the Japanese market

Qualifications

- Experience: No experience required (new hires welcome) - Language: Japanese - Business level - Foreign nationals (foreigners) must hold a D-10, E-7, or F-type residence permit (VISA) * Non-employment visas such as D-2, D-4, or H-1 are not eligible for employment. - Applicants with a strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) - Applicants who are able to work full-time during the contract period - Applicants with strong internal and external communication skills

Preferred

- Experience in influencer marketing - Experience recruiting and managing experience groups/supporters, or participating in them - Experience in beauty category marketing or online sales - Proficient in Instagram and TikTok, with a keen eye for trends - Interested in global markets and trends
