Job Description

Consultations and appointment management for overseas patients (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.) Interpretation and pre- and post-procedure care guidance (preference given to those fluent in English, Japanese, or Chinese) Customer service on overseas platforms (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Line, KakaoTalk, etc.) Management of treatment schedules and director schedules, and coordination of treatment room orders Management of international customer satisfaction and operation of return visit programs Management of in-hospital customer service, employee training, and operation manuals Planning promotions and events in collaboration with marketing and administrative departments

Qualifications

Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical tourism

Preferred

Japanese or Chinese (conversational level or higher) Medical Tourism Coordinator Certification Experience in the beauty/healthcare industry Excellent customer service and communication skills
