We aim to offer looks like a fashion brand and reach Gen Z consumers around the world with sensuous visuals. 🎯 Responsibilities (Execution-focused) 1️⃣ Online Channel Operation & Sales Japan Qoo10 / Korea and Global Shopify / Korea Offline Channel Operation Platform Advertising and Marketing Execution and Channel Expansion to Increase Sales Sales Data Analysis and Advertising Performance Report Creation 2️⃣ Visual Content & Social Media Operation Brand Instagram / TikTok / X-Feed Planning and Operation Content Shooting Planning, Campaign Visual Direction Influencer Collaboration and Content Planning 3️⃣ Brand Communication Product Storytelling / Copy / Visual Localization (Korean/Japanese Collaboration) Global Market (Korea, Japan, Taiwan) Trend Research and Content Planning

Qualifications

💡 We're looking for someone who: At least one year of experience managing social media or content for a fashion/beauty/lifestyle brand Preference given to someone with a fashion brand background or a fashion design degree, or experience managing Musinsa or W Concept Experience in Instagram/TikTok content planning, photography, and visual sense Experience in executing advertising campaigns, influencer marketing, and e-commerce promotions Interest in the Japanese fashion or beauty market (basic Japanese preferred)
