Job Description

- Responsible for direct sales/marketing campaign operations and merchandise within the Japanese market - ​​Responsible for communication and business collaboration with local partners and distributors in Japan - Developing B2B business collaborations and managing partnerships in Japan - Expanding brand awareness and sales through various channels, including influencer collaborations and online advertising (Meta and TikTok) - Managing projects related to entering the Japanese market and operating B2B distribution and wholesale operations - Collaborating and managing event planning, including online and offline promotions, pop-ups, and KOL invitation events in Japan - Developing and executing product localization strategies optimized for the Japanese market - ​​Understanding and analyzing Japanese market trends and consumer needs

Qualifications

- Fluent in native-level business Japanese - At least two years of experience in Japanese B2B/export or marketing in the Japanese market - ​​Strong understanding of the Japanese market and culture - Experience in B2B contracts and transactions - Experience collaborating with local Japanese partners and distributors - Passion for exploring new markets and a spirit of challenge - Ability to quickly develop and execute strategies in diverse contexts - No disqualifications for overseas travel

Preferred

- Experience in exporting or distributing to Japan in the fashion and beauty industry - Experience with a local network in Japan (e.g., retail/distributor) - Experience with overseas business development and performance management - Experience with projects to enter the Japanese market for domestic and international fashion brands - Experience with a local KOL and influencer network or contacts in Japan - Experience with product planning and promotional planning - Experience with planning and executing online and offline promotions and events in Japan
