Job Description

- Develop a data-driven global sales strategy - Optimize product-specific sales plans that reflect country, culture, marketing plans, promotions, and trends - Diagnose issues and refine strategies through forecast accuracy scenario design and analysis - Analyze weekly/monthly inventory changes and plan reorders by SKU - Develop and boost optimal inventory distribution and overstock reduction strategies by channel

Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in global sales strategy/demand forecasting/inventory management - A strong understanding of the brand's overall operations, including marketing, sales, overseas exports, SCM, and CX - Strong in data-driven sales strategies and direction setting - Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets - Ability to proactively make and execute decisions even in situations where there are no clear answers or precedents - Ability to keenly diagnose problems and design structured solutions - Possess leadership and communication skills that foster smooth collaboration

Preferred

- Experience in developing, executing, and verifying sales strategies that reflect the characteristics of the organization and market. - Experience in S&OP in the fashion category. - Experience in operating global B2C channels (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop). - A strong understanding of import/export and global logistics/supply chain operations. - Experience in leading problem-solving processes as a PM, creating company-wide impact. - Experience in analyzing customer behavior and developing cross-channel linking strategies to improve the customer experience. - Fluent in business English/Chinese.
