Kids English Center Needs English Speaking Staff *Part-Time* (Jamsil, Seoul)

Job Description

Instruction and Activity Leadership: 1. Lead activities for a maximum of 3 children aged 3 to 9 years old for a total duration of 2 hours. 2. Conduct curriculum-based educational instruction for one hour based on the company's established program. 3. Facilitate the remaining one hour through interactive play based on the children's preferred topics (ensuring active engagement rather than passive supervision). Safety and Management: 1. Manage the check-in/check-out process for children and ensure safe handover to parents. 2. Maintain the environment to keep it consistently clean, safe, and organized for the children. Planning and Preparation: 1. Assist with or lead class preparation, planning, and development during periods when sessions are not scheduled. 2. Gain in-depth understanding and practice with course materials and operational guidelines in advance to ensure familiarity before sessions begin.

Qualifications

-Native (or near-native like) English speaker -Visa status: F visa holders, H-1 visa holders (with 6+ month valid working period), D visa holders (with valid working permit) -Energetic, active, and love working with kids -Punctual, flexible, respectful, and responsible team player Lead Staff applicants: Experience in a similar early childhood or play-based setting preferred.

Preferred

1. Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus. 2. Proficiency in Korean (Speaking, Writing, and Reading) is preferred.

*Hours Our center runs from 12am to 6pm, 3sessions are held a day, with each session goes for 2 hours. The detail work hour will be discussed during the interview. We prefer candidates who can commit 2-3 days in weekdays + 2 weekend days. *Pay UP TO ~ 20,000 KRW/hr Final rate will differ based the position(Lead/Assistant) as well as language fluency, experience, and performance Strong performance will be actively considered for promotion and pay adjustments.
