Job Description

• Overall planning and operation of campaigns targeting overseas patients • Global social media channel management (Instagram, LINE, Twitter, etc.) • Communication management with overseas agencies and partners • Content planning and production support for overseas customers • Attracting, consulting, and managing overseas customers

Qualifications

• [Required] Fluent in English (native-level communication skills) • Foreign nationals fluent in Korean are welcome to apply (only F4, F5, or F6 visa holders) • Possess a network of international clients • Experience in attracting international clients and medical tourism • Understanding of digital marketing and social media operations

Preferred

• Experience working in a medical institution, such as a plastic surgery clinic, dermatology clinic, or obesity clinic. • Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, etc.). • A customer service mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop.
