Job Description

- We plan and execute successful strategies for K-brands based on insights from the Japanese market. - We conduct marketing campaigns across online and offline channels in Japan to increase brand awareness and generate sales. - We collaborate with local influencers and agencies to plan and operate effective content. - We develop hypotheses for new marketing methodologies in the Japanese market and verify their effectiveness through implementation.

Qualifications

(Experience) - Successful experience in the Japanese market - ​​Fluent in Japanese (at least conversational) - Interested in the overall commerce business, not limited to their current role - Able to proactively structure and prioritize tasks, rather than performing top-down tasks - At least one year of experience working in an overseas commerce market (New Hire) - Basic understanding of social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) - Fluent in Japanese (at least conversational) - A strong inquisitiveness about new things and a willingness to draw conclusions through proactive thinking
