Global IP Business Manager (Experienced)

Job Description

- Diversify IP revenue by identifying global licensing business opportunities and strengthening partnerships. - Planning and executing brand partnerships and cross-industry collaborations utilizing Cat & Soup IP. - Planning and production of Cat & Soup IP merchandise, and overall management of global distribution. - Support for planning and operating domestic and international offline events (pop-up stores, fan meetings, events, etc.).

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance IP value and enhance global brand awareness. - Ability to manage smooth communication and contract negotiations with global partners and agencies. - Ability to develop comprehensive action plans and possess extensive online and offline experience in global IP business. - Ability to lead all related tasks, including domestic and international brand partnerships, licensing, and merchandise production/distribution.

Preferred

- A passion for and experience playing Cats and Soup or other casual mobile games - A strong understanding of and participation in global fandom culture (merchandising, fan art, communities, local events, etc.) - Ability to use video and image editing tools (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.) - Native-level English communication skills
