Job Description

- Support for SAP system data entry and settlement for sales and purchases - Reconciliation, drafting, and settlement of inter-corporate transactions within Hive - Expenditure monitoring based on budget plans and post-settlement performance analysis - Aggregation and management of project-specific sales and expense data - Contract and resource management for efficient project execution - Support for other company-wide cost and revenue-related internal processes

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher - Any major required - At least three years of related work experience - Understanding of the settlement process and experience handling settlement tasks - Detail-oriented and meticulous in performing tasks - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with relevant departments - Fluent in Japanese

Preferred

- Accounting major preferred - SAP proficiency preferred - Experience in the entertainment or media content industry - Strong understanding of the idol/music/IP content business - Proficient in numerical analysis and data handling - Thorough understanding of production projects and meticulous handling from contract to settlement - High level of detail and accuracy required - Collaborative mindset capable of collaborating with various related departments - Flexible communication skills
