Job Description

• Planning and operating a marketing plan for a new brand • Managing and operating official Japanese social media accounts for each brand • Marketing plans and promotions based on official Japanese distribution channels for each brand • Project planning and goal setting based on annual operating plans • Advertising material planning based on social media operational indicators and consumer sentiment • Establishing and operating an annual Japanese influencer marketing plan/data analysis

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency • At least one year of relevant work experience • A deep understanding of Korean/Japanese H&B distribution trends and the beauty market

Preferred

• Ability to analyze completed work using data • Experience leading marketing projects • Experience in cosmetics marketing in the Japanese market • Experience managing official SNS accounts • Experience executing and managing meta-ads • Experience managing influencers A portfolio submission is required (not required)

• Employment Type: Full-time (2-month probationary period / 100% salary paid during probationary period) • Working Hours: Flexible work hours (start time 8 AM - 10 AM / core time 10 AM - 3 PM) • Lunch Break: 12:20 PM - 1:30 PM (1 hour and 10 minutes)
