Job Description

- Planning and operating service training for overseas dealers - Technical support for field service engineers (remote support, documentation, training, etc.) - Management of service-related information and technical documents - Service area management and support to improve service quality

Qualifications

- Associate's degree or higher (preference given to engineering majors) - Basic understanding of electronic/mechanical systems - Fluency in English required; Chinese preferred - Applicants must be able to travel abroad without any qualifications - Experience in related service fields preferred
