Performance Marketer (Japan Business)

Job Description

- Develop web and app performance marketing strategies and media mixes, and execute budgets. - Develop and implement optimization strategies for major digital media platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and X. - Develop ways to maximize new user acquisition by recruiting and contracting local Japanese influencers. - Analyze performance by examining marketing and advertising metrics, and develop impactful action items based on the insights derived. - Develop new media strategies and identify new acquisition channels.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who empathizes with Ablely's organizational culture, works with grit as a team, and is committed to creating impact. We're looking for someone with at least one year of performance marketing experience. We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher or equivalent). We're looking for someone who can directly extract necessary data, define problems, devise solutions, and derive insights. We're looking for someone who can lead all aspects of a project and achieve results through collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Experience in Japanese e-commerce or Japanese app marketing is a plus. Experience in two-way platform marketing targeting both sellers and buyers is a plus. Experience in creating advertising materials is a plus.
