[NAVER Cloud] Southeast Asia and Global Business Planning/Development (Experience)

Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Identify and implement business projects in the Southeast Asian market, where the company is currently pursuing expansion. • Understand the Southeast Asian market and business status, analyze from a global business perspective, and report to management. • Identify solutions and necessary tasks from business issues and pending issues, and develop implementation plans. • Collaborate with local business managers in Japan and Korea to implement (and support) business projects. • Lead projects or manage the execution of multiple projects. 2. Market analysis and business planning for business expansion into new markets and products. • Conduct research and evaluation of global B2B software, AI, cloud, and DX markets, as well as competitors (regular/irregular). • Identify target segments appropriate for WORKS services and plan business. • Conduct market research and develop business plans to expand products beyond SaaS to include AI, cloud, and DX. • Develop strategies for entering global markets, including Southeast Asia, and identify and implement implementation tasks.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in SW business planning, business strategy, marketing strategy, and partner business planning/strategy. • 3 or more years of experience in SW business in the global market. • Technical knowledge of SW/AI/Cloud and related work experience (development, operations, etc.). • High-level English communication skills. • No disqualifications for overseas work/business trips.

• Experience in problem-solving and project management • Experience in global collaboration and working within complex organizational structures • Fluent in Chinese or Japanese • Experience with and flexibility to adapt to changes, such as the fast-paced nature of startups and the evolving nature of business processes
