Consultations and treatment coordination for overseas patients (China/Japan) Operation and consultation on overseas platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Line, and Instagram Local marketing planning and content creation in China and Japan Coordination of overseas patient schedules, pre- and post-procedure guidance, and care Organization and delivery of hospital promotional and package content Communication with overseas agencies (schedules, database delivery, etc.) Perform executive-level tasks such as reservation management, sales management, and customer service Compliance with the hospital's brand guidelines and service quality management

Qualifications

Native Chinese or Japanese proficiency Experience in overseas customer service and customer support Experience using Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, or Japanese social media platforms Experience in beauty, dermatology, or plastic surgery is preferred Experience communicating with overseas agencies is preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to work weekends is preferred
