Japan Business Operations Manager

Job Description

- Performs all tasks necessary for the stable operation of the Amuud service (promotional operations, review review, Japanese market research, logistics and customs support, etc.) - Responsible for responding to seller inquiries through Channel Talk - Closely monitors the Amuud experience for both sellers and users, identifying issues (errors, inconveniences, etc.) and identifying areas for improvement - Regularly review and update the manual to ensure sellers understand Amuud's service policies

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who can communicate fluently in Japanese for business (JLPT N1 or higher or equivalent). We're looking for someone who can take initiative and take charge of their work. We're looking for someone who has experience achieving results through active collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Experience living in Japan is a plus. Experience with two-way platform marketing targeting both sellers and buyers is a plus. Experience leading a project from A to Z is a plus.
