Job Description

• Japanese influencer search/listing/contact, product proposals, and promotion • Communication and business collaboration with local partners and distributors in Japan • Project management for entering the Japanese market and B2B distribution and wholesale operations • Collaboration and management of event planning, including online and offline promotions, pop-ups, and KOL invitation events in Japan • Understanding and analyzing Japanese market trends and consumer needs

Qualifications

• A passion for exploring new markets and a spirit of challenge. • Ability to quickly develop and execute strategies in diverse contexts. • No disqualifications for overseas travel. • A Japanese national fluent in Korean. • Experience managing a local KOL and influencer network in Japan.

• Knowledge of import and export trade • Experience in overseas business development and performance management • Experience in Japanese market entry projects for domestic and international beauty brands • Network or contact with local KOLs and influencers in Japan
