Job Description

Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) channel operation and content planning and production Feed/Reels/Story content planning and management tailored to the brand's sensibility Seasonal event planning and execution and global campaign execution Content creation using video and image editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.) DM management and influencer communication (preference given to those fluent in English, Korean, and Chinese) Management of practical matters such as influencer collaboration schedules, invoices, KYC, and shipping Responding to inquiries from global partners and resellers, and providing first-line support for Pixelpure Global Mall Analysis and reporting on social media metrics (reach, save rate, follower growth, etc.) Manage influencer engagement and UGC (user-generated content) performance

Qualifications

At least one year of social media marketing experience or content creation skills (age and education level are irrelevant) English and Korean required; Chinese preferred Understanding of digital marketing and beauty industry trends Relatable to Pixelpure's brand sensibility and values, with a global perspective

Preferred

Experience in media, advertising, and marketing. Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Photoshop. Relevant certifications. Excellent influencer and customer communication skills. Able to start working immediately.
