Job Description

- Support the management and expansion of Lotte Rental's overseas subsidiaries, and identify new markets. - Conduct business reviews and local market research to identify new overseas markets. - Focus on understanding and analyzing market size, competitor status, and market entry potential. - Lead activities such as local business trips, company meetings, negotiations, and corporation establishment to identify and enter new overseas markets.

Qualifications

- Ability to take initiative in entering new overseas markets - Graduated from a university in Southeast Asia or from Indonesia, India, or Eastern Europe * Foreign nationals holding a Resident (F-2), Overseas Korean (F-4), Permanent Resident (F-5), or International Marriage (F-6) visa are also eligible to apply. * Foreign nationals must submit a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 5 or higher. - Excellent English language skills (OPIc AL or equivalent required). - Excellent MS Office proficiency (Excel and Word required).

- Experience working at a domestic or international consulting/research firm - Experience conducting corporate information analysis projects based on financial indicators - Local network in Southeast Asia - Experience developing/managing overseas local businesses or related tasks - Experience working overseas or establishing overseas corporations - Experience working in the rental industry or a similar industry - Financial modeling and forecasting capabilities based on financial indicators (Planning/Management/Strategy/Consulting/FP&A/Strategic Finance)
