Overseas Amazon Commerce Operations Lead

Job Description

- Established new store entry and overall operational strategy for global (Japan/UK/Germany) Amazon Marketplaces - Oversaw the entire sales process, from product planning to SKU selection, pricing, and promotion strategies - Set monthly/quarterly targets and manage performance for key indicators such as sales, margin, and inventory - Proposed category expansion and new product launch strategies based on sales data analysis - Operated advertising and marketing based on local characteristics (keyword optimization, budget management, performance analysis) - Optimized logistics and inventory processes and streamlined distribution pipelines based on FBM - Leading collaboration with internal and external partners (production/logistics/advertising/CS) and strengthening team capabilities

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with 3+ years of global Amazon operation experience (US, Europe, Japan) - Direct experience operating Amazon distribution through FBM - Experience analyzing key metrics such as sales, ROI, and inventory turnover, and data-driven decision-making skills (using Excel, GA, and sales analytics tools) - Experience in strategic planning, execution, and performance management - Experience in team building and project management - Proficiency in Business English and a second foreign language (Chinese, Japanese, German)

Preferred

- Experience managing FBA logistics and outsourced logistics providers - Amazon Advertising certification (e.g., AMS Certification) - Experience in similar industries such as animation, character IP, games, or toys - Experience planning and participating in logistics process improvement
