Job Description

The ICR System Certification Center is seeking an administrative staff member to support all aspects of certification. Understanding of management system certification, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, will be a plus. We are seeking individuals who can accurately manage and responsibly support our work processes. Receiving applications and managing basic client information Issue quotations/manage contracts Coordinating audit schedules (coordinating client and auditor schedules) Assisting auditors and calculating/reviewing MDs Receiving post-audit reports and supporting document review Requesting certificate issuance and entering data into internal systems Responding to customer inquiries and communicating via email and phone Supporting the Center Director and auditors (e.g., organizing basic data)

Qualifications

TOPIK Level 5 or higher Speaking Chinese and Korean Visa-free

Preferred

No academic background required (major required) Basic document writing skills (Hangul/Excel required) Proficient in email and phone communication Detailedness, responsibility, and schedule management skills are essential Accuracy and speed in simple, repetitive tasks are essential
