Job Description

- Identification, recruitment, and collaboration with Chinese live influencers (KOLs/KOCs) and MCNs - Influencer content and live broadcast operation and scheduling - Promotion planning and performance analysis (ROI-focused) - Promotion quantity coordination, financial settlement and payment, and inventory management - Internal communication for influencer live campaigns - Influencer live broadcast support and on-site response

Qualifications

- Associate's degree or higher - At least one year of influencer live broadcast sales experience - Strong understanding of the Greater China market or TikTok/Xiaohongshu channels - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PPT - Fluent communication and internal/external collaboration skills - Strong attention to detail, quick execution, and accuracy - Business Korean proficiency is required for international applicants

Preferred

- Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry - Understanding of major Chinese commerce platforms - Strong understanding of Chinese market trends - Ability to execute quickly, possess a sense of responsibility, and possess the motivation and drive to achieve goals - A willingness to solve problems and strong communication skills - Passion for growth - Preference will be given to those eligible for employment protection, such as national veterans and individuals with disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws
