Job Description

[This is what you'll be doing!] • As part of the newly launched brand "Climé Beauty," I will be responsible for selling cosmetics products overseas. • Developing and managing overseas B2B distribution channels (wholesale, retail, online/offline partners) • Managing products and planning promotions for each overseas distribution channel • Communicating with global buyers and drafting business proposals, invoices, and contracts • Preparing import/export documents and coordinating logistics/shipping schedules • Planning and participating in overseas exhibitions and export consultations • Establishing pricing policies and managing sales by market

Qualifications

[We need someone like this!] • 3+ years of international sales experience for a beauty or consumer goods brand • English business communication skills (email/meeting/presentation) • Understanding of import/export procedures and contract terms by country • Persuasive and communication skills to foster long-term partnerships with buyers

[This is even better!] • Experience working with major beauty retailers/distributors in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia • Experience managing Amazon accounts in the Americas/Europe • Experience exporting beauty products (skincare, devices, etc.) • Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, etc.)
