Overseas Marketing Intern (Open to Foreign Applicants)

Job Description

- User research and insight gathering for local markets (English-speaking/Chinese/Japanese/Southeast Asian/Central Asian/European/South American, etc.) - Travel and beauty-related social media and platform trend research and competitor analysis - Local language-based content localization (copy, UI text, landing page review, etc.) - Content creation and response testing on country-specific social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.) - Support for localization of performance marketing materials such as ad copy and keywords - Design local user interviews and surveys and conduct simple quantitative/qualitative analyses - Documentation of research and experiment results and sharing with the team

Qualifications

- Interest or understanding of the Korean travel and tourism industry, beauty industry, and influencer/performance marketing. - Native-level communication skills in your native language (English/Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese/Thai/Indonesian/Malay/Mongolian/Spanish/French/Russian, etc.). - Ability to communicate effectively in Korean or English. - Familiarity with social media and online content consumption patterns and the ability to identify trends. - Basic research and documentation skills (ability to organize qualitative and quantitative data). - A learning attitude that allows you to quickly learn and adapt to new markets, platforms, and tools. - Active team communication and a comfortable working environment focused on experimentation. - Must already have a valid residence permit to complete an internship in Korea. - New visa applications are not accepted.

- Proficiency in three or more languages - Experience managing major social media accounts - Experience using basic video and image editing tools - Experience with user research or data analysis
