Job Description

- US-targeted META, Google, and TikTok advertising operations and performance optimization - Global performance campaigns focused on Amazon Brand Store and PDP traffic - Advertising efficiency analysis and improvement strategy development based on metrics such as ROAS and CAC - Sales performance integration, including advertising keyword analysis, review/conversion factor improvement, and more - US market performance strategy proposals based on competitor and category trend analysis

Qualifications

- Education: College degree or higher (4 years) - Experience: 2-6 years - At least one year of practical experience on a global advertising platform (META/Google/TikTok) - Experience targeting North America or in the US market with performance marketing - Experience in data-driven performance analysis and improving advertising efficiency - Proficient in business English (*English interview expected)

Preferred

- A strong understanding of global commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. - Experience with Amazon internal advertising (Amazon Ads). - Experience in the US beauty market or performance marketing for a global brand. - Experience working for a multinational company or a global beauty/FMCG brand. - Understanding global performance marketing trends and the ability to run performance-driven campaigns targeting the US market. - Strong numerical analysis skills and the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance advertising effectiveness. - Ability to implement integrated creative and advertising strategies based on US consumer characteristics and content trends. - Desire to collaborate with various partners and contribute to the brand's global growth.
