Strategy Development Manager (Global)

Job Description

- Establish Toss Bank's global strategy and create an implementation roadmap. - Analyze the market, regulations, and competitive environment of each country to define the reasons and methods for our entry into the market. - Compare and validate global strategic options at the corporate, product, and inorganic (partnership, M&A, etc.) levels. - Identify key customer issues in new markets and design localization, product, and business structures. - Monitor global market changes (policies, capital, technology, competition) and develop strategic action items. - Estimate the feasibility of overseas business (market size, profitability, cost structure) and design a financial model.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with international business strategy experience at a consulting firm, financial institution, or tech company. - Experience leading market analysis, strategy development, and decision-making processes is a plus. - You must be able to verify the feasibility of a strategy through numbers and modeling, not just a story. - You can lead projects while coordinating stakeholders in a global and new business environment. - We'd prefer someone with at least three years of global strategy experience. - Experience working with global markets and overseas companies, or fluent English communication skills, is a must.
