Job Description

1. TikTok Shop / Amazon Operations Initial setup and operational management of TikTok Shop Amazon store setup, product listing, keyword management, review/performance monitoring Identifying and implementing improvement points based on sales data 2. Influencer Management and Search Identifying and managing collaboration with influencers to increase TikTok/Amazon sales Listing and proposing new creators, providing content direction Performance analysis and reporting 3. Community-focused viral marketing planning (Reddit, X, etc.) Planning and uploading viral content based on global community channels Analyzing target market trends and establishing engagement strategies Creating and managing content and posts that promote self-dissemination 4. Advertising creative planning Planning advertising creatives in collaboration with influencers Planning image/video creatives for banners and campaigns, and composing messages Analyzing performance by channel and suggesting improvement directions

Qualifications

- Korean: Intermediate (able to communicate fluently with influencers and partners) - English: Fluent (able to communicate effectively in business) - Basic understanding of operating global/domestic commerce platforms - Trend identification and self-directed work skills - Interest in and ability to execute on rapidly changing markets

- Experience in TikTok Shop, Amazon, or domestic commerce-related industries - Experience planning and operating community-based viral marketing campaigns - Active presence on social media and community platforms or advertising production experience - Strong communication and content planning skills
