Key Responsibilities ① Online Sales Operation - Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop Store Operation - Product Registration (Translation, Category, SEO), Pricing, Inventory, and Promotion Management - Planning and Execution of Platform-Specific Campaigns (9.9, 11.11, etc.) - Analysis of Platform Dashboards (Traffic, Conversion, and Purchase Data) ② Marketing and Content Creation - Content Planning Tailored to the Characteristics of Local Vietnamese Customers - UGC Video Planning, Short-Form Content Production and Editing - Influencer (KOL/KOC) Collaboration Proposals and Contract Management - Social Media Operation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) ③ Customer Service (CS) & Review Management - Responding to Customer Inquiries (Zalo, Messenger, Shopee Chat) - Review Analysis and Improvement Recommendations - Return/Exchange Reason Analysis → Product Improvement Advice ④ Brand Operation Support - Vietnam Market Trend Research - Competitor Analysis and New Product Recommendations - With the Korean Headquarters Communication (Korean/English) ⑤ Logistics/Settlement - Fulfillment Center Management - COD/Online Payment Settlement and Regular Reporting - Return/Damage Rate Management

Qualifications

- Vietnamese nationality or native Vietnamese speaker - Experience with Korean skincare and beauty products - At least 1-2 years of experience operating a Shopee/Lazada/TikTok store - Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets) - Korean communication skills (at least one of Word processing and conversational)

Preferred

- Experience working at a K-beauty brand, frequent use of TikTok and Instagram. - Ability to create short-form TikTok content. - Proficiency with graphic tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Premiere. - Experience working for a Korean company or familiarity with Korean culture. - A network of Vietnamese beauty influencers. - Experience running online advertising (Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads). - Strong at detail-oriented work and the ability to proactively lead projects - Ability to create, film, and edit beauty and lifestyle content - Ability to adapt quickly to the rapidly changing social media landscape
