Job Description

Trade Intern Key Responsibilities 1. Support communication with overseas vendors and buyers Writing and responding to emails Reviewing basic documents such as offer sheets, POs, and invoices Coordinating sample requests and scheduling 2. Assisting with import and export operations Organizing documents such as BLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices Monitoring customs clearance and shipping schedules Checking shipping company schedules and updating ETAs 3. Overseas market research and competitor research Researching online markets such as Amazon and Shopee Comparing prices and specifications of competing products Basic research on certification requirements by country 4. Organizing product and brand-related materials Organizing product specifications and updating simple catalogs and materials Organizing and translating PPT research materials 5. Internal communication and administrative support Preparing meeting materials Checking sample receipts Assisting with administrative tasks within the team

Qualifications

Proficient in either Korean or English Basic business email writing skills MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint required) Comfortable with international communication Ability to work diligently and meticulously with documentation A proactive attitude toward learning new skills

Preferred

Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes. Experience using online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon/Shopee) in Korea or your home country. Work experience in Korea or an understanding of Korean culture. Interested in the grill/kitchenware/camping sector. Multilingual proficiency (Korean, English, Chinese, German, etc.) Excellent basic research and PPT presentation skills.
