Job Description

- Main duties: Cleaning common areas of the goshiwon (takes less than an hour) - Assisting with room tours when the manager is absent (approximately 15 minutes) - Cleaning rooms after residents check out (additional duties, with additional pay)

- Simple Korean and English conversation to assist with room tours.

- Long-term employees preferred - Short working hours and frequent workdays, so those who live on-site or live nearby are preferred - Diligent individuals who get along well with the director may receive additional rent assistance - Work approximately one hour per day, and work hours can be negotiated, allowing for the possibility of combining them with other part-time jobs - Applications will be rejected if no response is received within two weeks. Additionally, applications without a photo will be automatically disqualified.
