Job Description

- Content planning and operation for the official Japanese Instagram channel of a top Korean hotel and resort brand. - Post and Reels content planning reflecting local Japanese trends. - Translation and localization of Korean ↔ Japanese content. - Brand tone and manner management tailored to the Japanese target audience. - Collaboration with the Korean content/design team to execute communication strategies for the Japanese market.

Qualifications

Native Japanese speaker required Experience in social media content planning or management (both personal and corporate accounts) High understanding of Japanese culture and consumer trends Content savvy and communication skills Responsible and meticulous work ethic

Preferred

- Experience operating Instagram and short-form content (Reels) - Experience with hotel, resort, travel, and lifestyle content - Experience living in Korea or an understanding of Korean culture - Eligibility for or conversion to an E-7 foreign work visa
