Job Description

We specialize in supporting Korean cosmetics brands' entry into the European, UK, and global markets. We handle all aspects of overseas business, from brand distribution and marketing to export operations and global partnership building. We are seeking talented individuals to join us in achieving tangible global results in the rapidly growing K-Beauty market. Manage export and distribution projects for K-Beauty brands targeting the European and UK markets. Communication and relationship management with local buyers, distributors, and partners. Management of brand and product-related materials (product descriptions, proposals, communication documents). Market and trend research (analysis of European/UK consumer characteristics, distribution structures, and competitive brands). Manage project schedules and progress through collaboration with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations). Support for overseas exhibitions, meetings, sample shipments, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

Manage export and distribution projects for K-Beauty brands targeting the European and UK markets. Communication and relationship management with local buyers, distributors, and partners. Manage brand and product-related materials (product descriptions, proposals, communication documents). Market and trend research (analysis of European/UK consumer characteristics, distribution structures, and competitive brands). Manage project schedules and progress through collaboration with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations). Work experience, academic experience, or residency in the European/UK market. Work experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, and consumer goods. Speaking a European language.

Preferred

A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as international trade, business, or logistics is required. English communication skills (conversation and email communication, etc.) are required. At least 1-3 years of experience in export sales or trade-related work (newcomers with excellent language skills are also welcome to apply.) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and basic understanding of INCOTERMS and trade documents. Smooth communication and problem-solving skills.
