Job Description

• Existing account management and sales growth support - Drive sales growth through close communication with existing B2B accounts - Joint promotion/marketing planning and execution with retail channels such as Gold Apple - Monitor account sales and market prices • New buyer discovery - Identify potential customers and develop new buyers in major CIS countries, including Russia - Identify B2B partners and propose brands across various channels, including local distributors and retailers • Market and trend analysis - Gain insights through analysis of local competitors and K-Beauty trends - Internally share sales performance and account feedback by market and channel

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overseas B2B cosmetics sales experience • Fluent in English and comfortable using it

Preferred

• Fluent in Russian and comfortable using it. • Experience in B2B sales of cosmetics in CIS countries. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating work with partners. • Proactive and motivated to create work. • Clear goals for a global brand. • Altruistic and optimistic team player.
