Job Description

- Lead English-based physical activity classes for children aged 3–7, including English Boxing, English Physical Play, and English Sports. - Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment where children can move freely and build confidence. - Use simple, clear, and positive English, supported by body movement, gestures, and demonstrations. - Demonstrate activities first and encourage children to follow through physical imitation rather than verbal explanation. - Build trust and emotional comfort with young children who may feel unfamiliar with new people or environments. - Prepare class materials and equipment before sessions and assist with clean-up after class. - Follow all safety guidelines and child protection protocols provided by Wiggle Box. - Continuously monitor children’s physical and emotional well-being during class and respond calmly to any issues. - Share class feedback, attendance updates, or concerns with HQ in a timely manner. - Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude at all times.

Qualifications

- Native English speaker or near-native level proficiency (Applicants from North America or the UK are preferred) - Experience working with young children (ages 3–7) (e.g. physical education, sports coaching, play-based programs, camps, childcare, or education) - Comfortable leading classes that require active physical movement and participation - Able to communicate with children using energy, expressions, gestures, and demonstrations - Patient, warm, and confident in creating a supportive environment for young learners - Reliable, responsible, and able to follow schedules and team guidelines - Legally eligible to work in South Korea (Valid visa required; visa-related matters can be discussed) - Able to provide a criminal background check for working with children

Preferred

- Background or certification in physical education, sports, fitness, dance, or movement - Experience in ESL / English-based education or play-based learning environments - Experience working in international or multicultural settings - Long-term availability and interest in growing with the program
