Job Description

- Responsibilities: Thai language learning data writing and business communication to enhance user experience 1. AI agent dialogue data creation and curation ㆍ Create and structure language data for AI agents, generative conversational platforms, and multimodal interfaces (text, voice, etc.) ㆍ Design creative dialogue that reflects user context, emotions, and cultural backgrounds, and serve as a language designer who designs connections between humans and AI 2. Language data quality management and semantic analysis ㆍ Create natural and logical conversational experiences ㆍ Provide user-based reviews and feedback on tone, style, and persona ㆍ Provide quality improvement and creative language data improvement suggestions based on linguistics/NLP ㆍ Systematically manage the review, verification, revision, and quality improvement of generative AI dialogue data ㆍ Build and regularly update domain-specific knowledge/content datasets, verifying accuracy and reliability 3. Qualifications

[Required] Fluent in Thai and Korean (Bilingual Native Speakers Only) ㆍ Native-level linguistic acumen and cultural insight in Thai/Vietnamese ㆍ Fluent Korean communication skills (TOPIK Level 4 or higher / Ability to communicate via email and phone) ㆍ Natural written and spoken language skills (basic Thai/Korean) ㆍ Preference will be given to English communication and reading skills ㆍ Visa holders eligible to work in Korea Basic communication and work skills ㆍ Natural and unbiased Thai communication ㆍ Thorough understanding of the differences between words, letters, and numbers ㆍ Basic Excel/Word processing skills ㆍ Schedule management Experience in writing ㆍ Fluent in Thai grammar, vocabulary, and word order, and the ability to write in a natural format ㆍ Ability to construct customized sentences that take into account the user's experience, perspective, and background ㆍ Actual writing experience is valued more highly than simple reading.

Preferred

Experience in linguistics, translation, UX writing, NLP, data curation, etc. is preferred. Experience in language data processing/multilingual dataset management is preferred. Experience writing interactive texts. Experience writing dialogue scripts, scenarios, and dialogue. Ability to understand and apply the differences in style, tone, and nuance across situations and media. Ability to select optimal sentences and create creative work within a variety of conditions.
