Job Description

- Search and list local Taiwanese influencers - Contact influencers, select experience groups, and support seeding tasks - Review influencer uploads and review monitoring - Manage influencer gifting and relationship maintenance - Manage your brand's Taiwanese social media accounts and monitor trends

Qualifications

- Language: Traditional Chinese or Taiwanese Chinese - Business level or higher (capable of business communication and document processing) Korean - TOPIK Level 5 or higher (Foreigners only) - Residence Status (Foreigners only): Holders of D-10, E-7, or F-type residence visas (VISAs) - Residency statuses other than job-seeking visas are not eligible for employment (e.g., D-2, D-4, H-1, etc.) - Applicants with a strong understanding of social media platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Experience living in Taiwan or possessing a deep understanding of local trends. - Experience in influencer marketing or social media channel management. - Ability to communicate logically and flexibly with internal and external stakeholders.

- Document screening → Interview → Compensation negotiation and final acceptance → Hiring → Probationary period (6 months/internship) → Probationary evaluation → Conversion to full-time employment - Probationary period: 6 months / Contract position (internship) - Based on performance during the 6-month period, a probationary evaluation will be conducted in accordance with internal regulations to determine whether to convert to full-time employment. - "Internship treatment" will apply during the probationary period. Upon conversion to full-time employment, the annual salary will be updated based on the standard starting salary for full-time employees.
