[Marketing] Recruiting Influencer Marketing (PR) Internships in Europe (Germany/Italy)

Job Description

Recruiting Country (Choose 1): Germany, Italy - Overall PR for our own beauty brand (Medicube/April Skin) in each country - Influencer marketing operations in each country - Recruiting and collaborating with influencers in each country (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagrammers, etc.) - Planning collaborative content with influencers - Managing and assisting with product placement sponsorships for magazines and broadcast media - Finding and managing local influencers and PR agencies

Qualifications

- Graduated or expected to graduate from a four-year bachelor's degree program - Language proficiency in the target country (German/Italian) - Basic understanding of the target country's market/consumer characteristics, regulations, and culture - Strong understanding of social media trends - Interest in short-form beauty content and the influencer industry - Applicants must be eligible for continued employment upon transition to a full-time position after completing their internship.

- Native-level proficiency in the language of the country of application - Experience studying or living abroad in the country of application - Experience creating short-form content and viral marketing on platforms like TikTok - Experience operating official brand SNS accounts on platforms like TikTok and Instagram - Experience as an influencer or collaborating with influencers - Preference will be given to veterans and those with disabilities, as required by relevant laws and regulations - Communication skills and adaptability to build active collaborative relationships both internally and externally within the team - Content planning/production capabilities that understand the characteristics of beauty brands in the European market and incorporate their selling points - A proactive attitude that analyzes market trends based on creative thinking - A sense of responsibility to see assigned tasks through to completion with a proactive approach

- 3-month contract internship (opportunity for conversion to full-time employment offered to excellent performers during the contract period) - KRW 2.5 million per month (before tax) * Approximately KRW 42 million per year upon conversion to full-time employment (based on new college graduates) - Working Hours: Flexible work hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, selectable start time in 30-minute increments)
