Job Description

• Support for new Amazon Global Marketplace launches and initial setup. • Overall management of existing Amazon Marketplaces. • Developing sales growth strategies through analysis of Amazon and overseas B2C channel sales data. • Developing operational improvement plans and action items tailored to the specific market characteristics of each country. • Collaboration and communication with global marketers and related departments (marketing, logistics, customer service, etc.).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of e-commerce experience in the beauty category • A basic understanding of global B2C e-commerce operations • Ability to define problems and identify improvement directions based on sales data • Ability to communicate in business English

Preferred

• Experience operating on the Amazon Global Marketplace (preference given to those with experience in markets other than the US) • Experience directly managing platform advertising on the Amazon Global Marketplace • Experience operating e-commerce in the beauty/cosmetics category • Understanding or collaborative experience with online marketing (advertising, promotions, etc.) • A genuine passion for cosmetics and skincare and a keen interest in brand growth • A team player with flexible and positive communication skills
