We are looking for early team members who want to build and grow a company from the very beginning, working closely with founders who bring diverse backgrounds in entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, and private equity. G2Global Korea is a global beauty brand distribution and sales company, wholly owned by U.S.-based G2Global Co., and established its Korean entity in 2025. Backed by strong capabilities in digitalization and branding, the team has successfully scaled global beauty brands at speed. This track record led to seed funding from U.S. investors, and starting in 2026, the company plans to expand globally, beginning with the Middle East market. G2Global Korea targets the U.S., the Middle East, Japan, and Europe—and we are looking for early members to help build global beauty brands together. [Responsibilities] • Co-build the PR and influencer marketing strategy for a new global skincare brand launching in the Middle East. • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. • Discover, recruit, and build long-term relationships with local influencers, growing the brand’s first core fan base. • Manage influencer seeding, content collaborations, and communications end-to-end. • Collaborate with local PR agencies and influencer partners while shaping how Korean beauty brands are introduced to the Middle East market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or expected graduate • Fluent communication skills in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) • Working proficiency in English or Korean for business communication • Basic understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics, consumer behavior, regulations, and cultural context • Strong interest and understanding of social media platforms and content trends (TikTok, Instagram) • High interest in digital marketing, especially product-, content-, and influencer-driven industries

Preferred

• Ability to understand or communicate in Korean • Experience living, studying, or working in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or nearby Middle Eastern countries • Experience in short-form content creation (e.g., TikTok) or viral marketing projects • Experience as an influencer or working with creators/influencers • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern beauty market characteristics and the ability to translate them into compelling content and selling points • A proactive, creative, and ownership-driven mindset with strong responsibility for assigned tasks
