<Introducing the team you'll be working with> The US-China Squad is responsible for the global expansion of UNNI's English and Chinese services. The Chinese market is a rapidly growing core market, and providing customized content to local users is crucial. We develop and execute content strategies tailored to local culture and market, providing an optimized experience for users in each country. Team members with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds collaborate to deliver the value of UNNI's services to the global market. <This is what we'll be doing in the future> Planning and executing influencer marketing strategies targeting Chinese-speaking countries, including China and Taiwan. Directly recruiting local and domestic influencers and creating collaborative content. Scaling influencer content production through cost-effective agency discovery and operation. Designing conversion funnels and implementing signup strategies based on influencer content. Planning and producing content and advertising materials that reflect the needs of Chinese-speaking targets. Operating Chinese-speaking social media accounts with branding and performance in mind.

Qualifications

Chinese or Taiwanese nationality At least three years of experience in content and influencer marketing Experience collaborating with influencers in the Greater China region and possessing strong communication skills Experience with all aspects of content marketing Experience planning campaigns that reflect consumer insights across countries Experience with agency communications and outsourcing operations Ability to communicate fluently in Korean Interest in or understanding of the beauty, beauty, and healthcare industries

Preferred

Marketing experience focused on Greater China, Taiwan, and other Chinese-speaking countries. Experience working with a global influencer agency. Experience with social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Experience creating and operating beauty and medical tourism content.
